Whether it’s a service call to correct a system hiccup, or the removal and repair of an existing defective piece of equipment during or after its warranty, we are here to support your Cutting Edge Design system needs with courteous qualified service staff. In most cases your service call request is supported within 24 to 72 hours. This service is exclusively available to our Cutting Edge Design clients.
Service call types explained:
Service calls during 90 day system warranty --
All applicable service call work performed to correct any Cutting Edge Design system issues during this period are free of charge.
Service calls after 90 day installation warranty on under warranty items --
Service calls performed on any Cutting Edge Design system after the initial 90 warranty are billed on a time and materials basis including any shipping charges that may occur.
While under warranty there is no charge for the repair work performed by the service center in relation to your OEM equipment warranty. The service call itself in most cases is a two hour minimum service charge plus materials plus shipping and handling.

All equipment service charges for out of warranty items are the sole responsibility of the client. Repair items will be shipped at client expense and clients will be given an equipment service quote prior to any service center performing any service work. All clients are given the option to accept or decline the service and the charges associated, at which point clients will be given the option to abandon the item if no reasonable value is left in the unit.
