Our wire and cable validation services offer you a documented level of certainty that allows us to ensure you receive the performance you expect and pay for. We use some of the most sophisticated equipment available to validate our network, video, and audio cables and wire runs. As part of our validation service we can develop a report as part of our assurance of quality.

Calibration

We offer a full range of calibration options for your audio and video system needs. When it comes to calibration... "Hearing and Seeing is Believing". Believe it or not... we want you there when we calibrate your equipment. As we calibrate your equipment you will gain a new understanding and respect that will definitely justify the expense. The difference in most cases is amazing!

We believe that your investment in technology is not complete until you calibrate because the true performance you paid for is not realized until a thorough calibration of the equipment is performed.

Service and Warranty

We offer a full range of service and warranty options for the equipment and systems you purchase from Cutting Edge Design, Inc. We do not anticipate problems with the systems and equipment we specify, sell, and install, but every once in a while issues do happen. These are the options...

     1) ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS WE SELL AND INSTALL COME WITH A WARRANTY.

All of the installed systems designed and installed by Cutting Edge Design, Inc. come with a 90 day workmanship and product warranty for repair or replacement of any defect or problem with your system as engineered. System tampering is considered a void of this warranty. 

All equipment sold comes with the manufacturers full OEM warranty unless stated prior to installation.

     2) EXTENDED WARRANTIES CAN GIVE PIECE OF MIND.

We offer an Extended Warranty Program for some of the products we sell. Please ask for details.

     3) SERVICE CONTRACTS CAN ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION AND SERVICE RESPONSE.

We offer Service Contracts for such things as system maintenance and service call response time guarantees during and beyond the initial system warranty. Please ask for details.
