System Warranty:

Upon "substantial" project completion, all of the designed systems installed by Cutting Edge Design, Inc. come with a full 90 day workmanship and product replacement warranty for any defect or problem with your system as engineered. All applicable work performed to correct any issues during this period is free of charge.

Although we can assist in the servicing of any of your products, we cannot warranty items not purchased through Cutting Edge Design. Any work performed to service these non-warrantee items is on a time and materials basis including any shipping charges.

System tampering is also considered a void of our 90 day warranty.

Equipment Warranty:

As an authorized dealer of the products we sell, all equipment sold by Cutting Edge Design comes with its original manufacturers OEM warranty unless stated prior to installation. These warranties vary per manufacturer, but in most cases are 1 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer and the product. Please ask your sales associate for all warranty details.

Any work performed to service your warrantee items after the initial 90 day system installation warranty is on a time and materials basis including any shipping charges that may occur.

Extended Warranty:

We offer extended warranties for “specific” new products we sell.

Extended warranties are an economical way to extend the terms of your product's manufacturer's parts and labor warranty.
