It's very simple... We want to save the world from bad system design!
There is certainly a lot of it out there. Many customers buy a bunch of equipment from a Superstore or the Internet, not realizing that they're being sold what's overstocked or spiffed. Others entrust thousands of dollars to the electrician or the "guy who does it on the side". Still others read heaps of magazine articles hoping to learn all they need to know in a few weeks. What these scenarios usually produce is a mismatched bunch of boxes, a table full of remotes, a lot of expensive equipment operating well below its potential and a confused and intimidated client.
One customer at a time we eliminate all of these headaches. We believe that the most important part of system design is the initial interview. Our experience allows us to analyze your needs and select the best mix of products and services for your project. We don't identify our company by what brands we carry. We don't buy a stockroom full of products and try to sell you what we haven't been able to move. We only work with vendors who share our philosophy that the best system for a client can't possibly be determined or ordered until a comprehensive design is finished. EXPERIENCED AV INSTALLER WANTED

General job requirements may include:
Low Voltage pre-wiring of homes in a construction state.
Low Voltage in-wall and in-ceiling retro wiring homes for audio, video, network, and security.
Attic and crawl space wire installations.
Construct racks and enclosures and install AV equipment.
Install and configure AV, Security and Network equipment.
System programming.
This is an hourly position and all candidates should possess a Washington State Electrical Trainee Certificate with a minimum of 960 hours logged with L&I or a Washington State 06 Low Voltage Journeyman license. Cedia certification a plus.

EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE WANTED
Although we do not have any current openings in our sales department we are always seeking Experienced Outside Sales Associates to join our growing organization. If you have a current resume, Cutting Edge Design, Inc. will be seeking an Experience Outside Sales Associate to join our growing organization soon. Cutting Edge Design has been doing business since 1995 designing and installing some of the northwest's finest home entertainment and control systems. Candidate should have a working knowledge of the consumer electronics industry and possess the skills needed to excel in a commission based sales environment.
General job requirements may include:
Develop and manage sales leads for maximum conversion.
Use creative techniques to develop new business leads.
Use sales materials and develop other forms of marketing materials as needed.
Cultivate new sales opportunities through builder, architect, designer, and contractor channels.
Convert sales opportunities to signed agreements for services.
Research permits and records for new projects and leads.
Attend tradeshows and networking groups.
This is a full-time commission based position and all candidates should possess a resume with relevent sales experience demonstrating a pattern of increased sales success within their previous sales positions.
